Jeremy leads RPC's IP & Technology team at RPC. He has a wealth of experience in IP and technology matters, both contentious and non-contentious. He advises across the full range of IP rights and has particular specialism in resolving disputes relating to copyright, designs and trade marks, as well as major disputes in the IT sector.

His clients, many of whom are long standing, include well-known names in the retail, media, sport and technology sectors. He is regularly published and presents at conferences and seminars on copyright and IP issues. Much of his work has an international outlook.
