Martina Flitsch has been admitted to the Austrian bar in 2001 and is managing partner of Jarolim Flitsch Law firm. Flitsch was the director of the Legal Department of Austrian Airlines AG (2004-2008), one of the main carriers in Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East and still is the syndikus of the airline. Her main practise areas are Aviation Law, Contract & Compliance Management and Corporate Law and M & A. Martina Flitsch has published several articles with regard to aviation law.
