Marc Kuijper is a lawyer who specialises in European and Dutch competition law. Next to that he has experience in European and public procurement law.

Before Marc joined Boekel he worked as an intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at a law firm in Brussels. Marc studied law at Universiteit Leiden. Next to that he studied in the United States and at Delft Technical University.

Marc is a member of the Association for Competition Law (VvM), the Dutch Association for European Law (NVER) and the Dutch Association of Public Procurement Law (NVvA). Marc regularly publishes in legal journals on Dutch and European competition law and is co-author of the quarterly contribution on competition law in Ars Aequi, the largest legal journal of the Netherlands. Next to that Marc is an editor of Mededingingsrecht Online, a specialist online journal on Dutch competition law.
