Graham joined Ince & Co as a partner in 2001 and became Managing Partner of the Middle East firm in 2011. He is a fluent French speaker and is an overseas member of the Association Francaise du Droit Maritime (AFDM).

Graham acts for a number of major shipowners and P&I and Defence Clubs in a wide range of shipping disputes encompassing cargo claims, bareboat time and voyage charterparty disputes, groundings, container collapses, arrest (and release) of vessels and disputes over jurisdiction, logistics, sales and purchase of vessels (new and second hand), bills of lading, fraudulent shipping documents, agency and liner company disputes and P&I and Defence Club rules.
