Dimitris advises major local and international shipping companies, insurers and P&I Clubs on both dry and wet matters, including litigation and dispute resolution. He acts for clients on due diligence for the establishment of foreign companies in Greece as well as incorporation and organisation of Greek companies, advising on finance, taxation, security and competition issues. Dimitris also has substantial experience in sale and purchase transactions, M&A, corporate acquisitions, investment transactions and all legal aspects of commercial contracts.
