Adi Seffer has wide experience starting his career as lawyer in 1990, coming partner in 1993 in a big national firm. From 2001 until 2005 he has been the Head of Business & Finance, Technology of Morgan Lewis & Bockius. In 2005 he joined the newly established law firm of Heymann Partners which shortly became one of the leading German law boutiques for M&A, PE and IT transactions. In January 2011 Adi Seffer joined Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. He advices companies in complex transactions such as tech driven M&A transactions, joint ventures, complex licensing, outsourcing and implementation of compliance structures. He is often listed in rankings, in particular for technology (Juve), IT (Best Lawyers) and Outsourcing (Euromoney) and is known as one of “the leading transaction managers” (Best of Best Europe).
