A Cyprus lawyer ranked with Martindale’s highest ranking of ‘Preeminent’, Anastasios Antoniou is a practicing Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and his practice areas are competition law, investment services law and investment funds, energy law, corporate law and corporate/commercial litigation. Anastasios is a Member of the International Bar Association and also a Member of the IBA’s Antitrust Committee, a Member of the European Competition Lawyers Forum and full member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Limassol Bar Association.

Following posts as in-house legal counsel Anastasios carried out his pupilage, was called to the Bar and practised as a Cyprus Lawyer before founding ANASTASIOS ANTONIOU LLC, a boutique Cyprus law firm practicing corporate law, competition law, investment funds and investment services law, energy law, intellectual property, infrastructure law and litigation. He serves as the Senior Partner of this award-winning Cyprus Law Firm and practices the law as a legal advisor, counsel and litigator in competition law, investment services law and investment funds, energy law and corporate law.

He is a frequent author of articles and chapters in eminent legal journals and publications, has addressed a number of international legal conferences and also holds an advisory role on national private education by appointment the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cyprus. He has served as chairman, member and ad honorem member in a number of non-profit organizations and has been the founder of one of the first think-tanks in Cyprus.
