Daniel Andreoli – Partner in the Antitrust practice group at TozziniFreire Advogados. Daniel has worked in various and complex antitrust cases representing the interests of several national and international companies in merger reviews and in investigations launched by the Brazilian antitrust authorities. He has solid expertise in innovative antitrust matters in Brazil, such as the negotiation of leniency agreements with the Brazilian authorities. He has also worked with companies in the antitrust risk assessment and in the preparation and implementation of antitrust compliance programs. Member of the Antitrust Group of the São Paulo Section of the Brazilian Bar Association, the Lawyers Association of the State of São Paulo, the Brazilian Institute of Studies on Competition, Consumer Law and International Trade – IBRAC, the American Chamber of Commerce and of the International Bar Association. Graduated from the Law School of Catholic University of São Paulo (1997), has LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law from King’s College London – University of London (2000) and is specialized in Business Management from Business School São Paulo (2007).
