Gao Lichun is a partner with V&T where he supervises the litigation practice of the firm.

In over ten years of legal practice, Mr. Gao has represented close to one hundred litigation and arbitration cases, most of which are construction related matters. He used to work with a state-owned construction enterprise where he gained rich experience in construction and engineering. He is currently a member of civil procedure law committee of Beijing Lawyers Association.

Since 2006, Gao Lichun has been focusing on the areas of infrastructure, urban trail, energy and resources. Projects he advised include CCTV new site, National Museum expansion, the Olympic Village, Tianjin Subway, and Sinochem Oil Processing Plant.

Gao Lichun has rich experience in advising administrative authorities on regulation drafting, amendment and daily matters. These authorities include Beijing Municipal Environment Protection Bureau, Beijing Construction Engineering Public Bidding Administration, Construction Engineering Contracting Transaction Center, Government of Yanqing County, Beijing, and Construction Committee of Chaoyang District.

He is also the co-author of the books China Engineering Construction Project Tendering and Bidding Guide and Legal Interpretation of Construction Contract (Model Contract) and Cases.
