Árpád Geréd is an Attorney at Law and Partner at BMA Brandstätter Rechtsanwälte in Vienna. His legal practice is in the area of business law with a focus on legal issues related to software, e-commerce, telecommunication and technology in general and another focus on labor law. He advises clients in English, French, German, Hungarian and Romanian.

Mr. Geréd has studied law with a special education in computers and law at the universities of Vienna, Austria, and Namur, Belgium, with a special education in informatics, law and economics. He is a national reporter to the IP, Telecommunication, Media and Technology Commission of the International Association of Young Lawyers, a member of the board of the Vienna Centre for Computers and Law as well as a member of the Working Group Cloud Law established by EuroCloud Austria.
