Omer Yigit Aykan is a partner at Çaga & Çaga Law Firm.

He has been admitted to the bar in December 1994. His main practice areas are contract law, corporate and commercial law, intellectual property law, mergers and acquisitions and labor law.

He is a graduate of the University of Istanbul and has a M.A. degree in legal structure of EU. He has gained a professional certificate on international intellectual property law of University of Victoria and University of Oxford. He has received a LL.M. degree in international commercial law and EU at Istanbul Commerce University.
