Karl von Hase

Karl von Hase is a recognized specialist („Fachanwalt“) for commercial and corporate law and widely experienced in cross-border litigation and arbitration. He is a partner with GSK Stockmann + Kollegen since 2005. Before joining GSK Stockmann + Kollegen, he spent several years with an international law firm and worked also at their London office. He graduated from Heidelberg University (1994) as second best of his year and passed also his Bar examination (1996) with distinction (“großes Prädikatsexamen”, 19th out of 551). In 1998 he achieved a Ph.D. He regularly holds lectures (e.g. on company insolvency law and new legislation on company law) and has published many articles. He contributed the chapter “Germany” in Tottel’s handbook of International Commercial Dispute Resolution. He is bilingual German/Italian and fluent in English and French.
