Associate

Nuanporn has been with C&T since 2004. Prior to joining C&T in 2004, she worked with C&T in 2002 and White & Case (Thailand) Ltd. in 2003.

She has experience in a wide range of laws and transactions, including corporate merger & acquisition, due diligence, petroleum projects and alternative energy projects. She also represents mining companies in operation of projects in Thailand, and state enterprise in several projects.

Nuanporn participated as a member of the team of the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, giving advice to the Department of Alternative Energy and Development and Efficiency, Ministry of Energy on Energy Law Reform Program.

Nuanporn earned her LL.B. (with 1st Class Honors) from Chulalongkorn University, and LL.M. from Ramkhamhaeng University and admitted to the Thai Bar.

She is a member of the Thai Bar Association, and the International Bar Association (member of Section on Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Law and Mining Law Committee).
