Stijn is a partner in the Employment, Pensions & Benefits practice.
He focuses on individual and collective labour law as well as social security law. He has special expertise in the employment law aspects of restructurings, social audits, management contracts, protection against dismissal, remuneration tools, negotiation of dismissals, and discrimination law.
He graduated in 1999 with a law degree from the University of Ghent (UG), after which he worked as an assistant on the research project entitled ‘A revised pact between social security and employment’. Stijn was admitted to the Brussels bar in 1999.
