Simon is an associate in the antitrust, competition and trade group, based in London. His practice includes competition advice regarding merger control, behavioural infringements and cartels. He has particular interests in the telecommunications, electricity, oil and gas and postal services sectors.
His recent experience includes:
- Representing a leniency applicant in cartel proceedings in the transportation sector;
- Advising on a dominance investigation undertaken by the New Zealand Commerce Commission in the communications sector
Simon holds an LL.B. from the University of Otago (New Zealand) and an LL.M. in trade regulation and antitrust from New York University.
