Claribel Medina is supported by an experience of more than 10 years in the areas of Arbitration and litigation, Administrative, Corporate, Environmental Law, Intellectual Property Law and Labor Law. She is updated with the legislation and trends and leads the legal team at the Firm´s Office in Tegucigalpa. Author of “Thesis about Money Laundering and Banking Secret” rendered before the Supreme Court of Justice of Honduras (2002) and graduated lawyer from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras, Law School (2002). She owns a post graduate course in Civil Law Procedure from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana de Honduras (2009) and has been attending CLE Arbitrator courses at Centro de Conciliación y Arbitraje, Cámara de Comercio e Industrias de Tegucigalpa since 2009.
