He has been the principal legal counsel to local and multinational companies that established in the country. Medina Alva is also well-versed in the foreign investment legal framework derived from CAFTA DR and other Commercial Treaties signed by Honduras. He is a graduated lawyer from Universidad Autónoma de Honduras Law School (recognition of the rector for Academic Excellence, 1987). He completed his post graduate studies at Stanford University Business School (Executive Negotiation and Influence Strategy Program, 1998) and Yale University Business School (Management Program for Lawyers, 2009).
