Sharon Kutemba Sakuwaha is a Partner in the Corporate Advisory department and is Head of the, Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. Sharon is also a member of the Energy
Mining & Infrastructure and Competition practice groups. She joined the firm in September 2009.Sharon’s practice includes Banking, Capital Markets, Communications, Competition, Energy, and Corporate Advisory Services, to name a few. Sharon received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zambia in 2002 and a Masters of Corporate Finance Law (with distinction) obtained from the University of Westminster, London in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, she was an intern in the General Counsel and Legal Services Department at African Development Bank in Tunis, Tunisia and Assistant legal Counsel at Professional Insurance Corporation, Lusaka, Zambia
