Yves Ardaillou specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and financing, with a focus on bank financing and capital markets.

He also has noted expertise in bankruptcy and corporate reorganizations and in business litigation.

Yves Ardaillou graduated from the University of Paris I (Master of International Business Law; DEA1 in English and North American Business Law) and from the University of Paris V, Malakoff (DESS1 in International Business Law).

He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1991 and is a member of the International Bar Association.

Before joining Bersay & AssociÈs as a partner in 1999, Yves Ardaillou worked at Jeantet & AssociÈs (Paris and New York offices).
