Sandrine de Sousa specialises in corporate law and securities law.
She is recognised in particular for her expertise in mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, private equity operations and mixed securities issuances.
Sandrine de Sousa graduated from the University of Paris II (Master in business and tax law, DESS in European Business Law) and from the University of Paris I (DEA in common law).
She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2000. She is also a member of the associations’ European Professional Women’s Network, Dirigeante and France-BrÈsil.
Before joining Bersay & AssociÈs, in 2000, Sandrine de Sousa worked at the Canadian firm Charron & Ostiguy in Montreal.
She became partner at Bersay & AssociÈs on 1 January 2008.
She has authored numerous articles on corporate law issues.
She speaks French, English and Portuguese.
