Mr Ermolenko is focusing on M&A, competition and banking and finance practices of Vlasova, Mikhel & Partners. He acted for international clients in a number of considerable M&A transactions: advising Danone SA on merger with Unimilk CIS business, and counselling Turkcell on acquisition of a state-controlled GSM operator. He continually undertakes clearing merger control issues in M&A transactions. Apart from being a qualified lawyer, Andrej Ermolenko holds a Certificate of Securities Market Specialist from the Ministry of Finance of Belarus.
