Richard is a partner in Corrs’ Competition and Regulatory Group. He has many years of experience advising on competition and consumer protection issues arising under the CCA, in the context of merger clearance and commercial arrangements such as exclusive supply terms, distribution arrangements, partnering, joint ventures and agreements between competitors.

Richard has significant exposure to and experience in dealing with the ACCC in relation to enforcement matters, merger clearance, notifications and authorisations.

Richard has strong litigation credentials, and substantial experience in regulatory investigations conducted by the ACCC and ASIC. Richard is an active member of the Competition and Consumer Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
