As to mergers and acquisitions, Ms. Shen is capable in designing deal structures and establishing various transaction vehicles in China. She is experienced in providing legal opinions, drafting and revising M&A agreements, shareholder agreements, feasibility study reports, etc.

In the field of FDI, she provides legal opinions for the establishment, change and liquidation of several foreign-invested enterprises, drafts and revises various application documents and participates in the business negotiations. She is familiar with the procedures and requirements of the FDI in China.
