Shinichi Araki is a partner of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. His main practice areas include securities regulations and capital market transactions, involving Japanese and overseas issuers. He also advises on financial regulations, corporate restructurings and M&A. He is a graduate of University of Tokyo (LL.B. 1999) and Columbia Law School in New York (LL.M. 2007). He was admitted to the Japan bar in 2001. He also worked at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York from 2007 to 2008.
