Victoria is an associate in Freshfields’ IP/IT practice in Hong Kong and is a member of Freshfields’ global TMT sector group.

Victoria specializes in advising on IT commercial matters, telecoms contractual and regulatory issues and media and data protection matters in Asia. She has advised on regulatory issues for several telecommunications operators In Hong Kong, as well as on TMT commercial transactions in China, Indonesia and South East Asia.

Victoria graduated from Balliol College, University of Oxford and is admitted to the roll of solicitors in England & Wales. She has worked in Freshfields’ London, Beijing and Hong Kong offices.
