Joshua Krane is an associate with Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP based in the Toronto office. Prior to joining Blakes, Joshua worked for several government agencies, including the Competition Bureau – Legal Services Division, the Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario – Constitutional Law Branch, and the Federal Prosecution Service. Since joining Blakes, Joshua has worked on several high-profile merger and foreign investment review matters. His practice also focuses on other aspects of competition law, including competitor collaborations as well as pricing, marketing and advertising matters. Joshua holds a master’s degree in constitutional law from the University of Toronto. He completed his common law and civil law degrees at McGill University.
