Kyoung-ah Grace Nam is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. Ms. Nam’s main areas of expertise include cross-border acquisition financing, capital market and structured finance.

Ms. Nam represents various domestic and international clients in connection with acquisition financing, asset-backed securitizations (ABS), equity and debt transactions and other structured finance transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Nam had worked at the Hong Kong office of White & Case, concentrating in capital market. Ms. Nam also worked for Shin & Kim, representing various clients in cross-border acquisition financing and structured finance transactions.

She received her B.A. from Seoul National University and her J.D. from Cornell Law School. She is a member of the New York Bar.
