Kristine Gaigule-Saveja is the Managing Partner of LETLAW, Attorneys at Law. Amongst her areas of specialization are Public Procurement and PPP.

Kristine has advised clients on procurement law issues since the very beginning of implementation of the EU public procurement regime in legal system of Latvian in 2002. She has represented interests of the Procurement Monitoring Bureau of Latvia defending position of the Bureau, she also has extensive experience in representation of the clients before the Procurement Monitoring Bureau and courts.

She has advised private partners in the very first large scale PPP projects in Latvia: road construction Riga Bypass-Senite project and Riga International Airport development project.

Kristine is an author of various publications, studies and webinars in area of public procurement.
