Aditya Vikram Bhat qualified as a lawyer from the National Law School of India University in 2003 and is enrolled as an advocate on the Karnataka State Bar Council. He has been associated with AZB & Partners since September, 2004 and was elevated to a partner in April, 2010. His key areas of practice include litigation and arbitration. He has appeared in and advised clients on a variety of litigation at the Supreme Court of India and High Courts and District Courts across India, including investigations under the PCA. He has also appeared in and advised clients on a variety of litigation at Company Law Boards, Debt Recovery Tribunals and various State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions. He also has valuable experience appearing in and advising in domestic and international commercial arbitration proceedings, interim proceedings before courts in relation to arbitration proceedings, and proceedings for enforcement of domestic and foreign arbitration awards.
