Marisa Apolinário has been practicing mostly Public Law, with a special focus in Energy law, Regulation and administrative litigation areas. She has been working in several energy projects, including the construction of the transport and storage infrastructures of Natural Gas and the production of electricity by means of renewable sources (windfarms).
Marisa has a master degree and a post graduation degree all related with the Public law practice.
She is currently working on her PhD thesis related with the Regulatory State especially in the energy sector. She is the co-author of the first publication launched in Portugal with comments to the Natural Gas Legislation enacted in 2008. She is a frequent speaker in conferences and seminars related with her practice.
