Claudia Hutina graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest and she holds a degree in European Community Law and a LLM in Business Law.

Claudia works in the field of pre-arbitration negotiations, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, being an experienced disputes attorney who handles both arbitrations and litigation. Her experience in business law allows her to act as counsel in various complex arbitration matters and to advise clients on international commercial arbitration and related matters, representing them in their relationship with authorities and before courts.
