Guillaume Tattevin is a lawyer at LALIVE in Geneva. His main area of practice is international arbitration. He has acted as counsel, arbitrator or secretary in numerous international arbitral proceedings, ad hoc (including UNCITRAL) or administered (ICC, Swiss Rules, NAI, PCA, CAS), governed by various procedural and substantive laws, including French, Swiss and English. His areas of specialization include international trade law, public international law and sports law. Mr Tattevin is a French avocat à la cour, registered with the Paris bar since 2003 and with the Geneva bar. He is a member of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), ASA below 40, the section of foreign lawyers of the Geneva Bar Association, and the Paris Bar Association. He speaks French and English, and has a working knowledge of Spanish. Before joining LALIVE, Guillaume Tattevin worked as legal counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration, in The Hague and as an associate in the arbitration and litigation department of a large international law firm in Paris. He holds a D.E.A. in International Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and an LL.M. in European Community Law from the University of Essex. He graduated (Master in Law) from the University of Paris X Nanterre.
