Senior Associate

Samia joined the firm in 2005.

She advises numerous clients in M&A, banking, corporate, regulatory, real estate, environmental law, arbitration and ADR, and commercial as well as Kyoto financing, CDM projects and ERPAs.

She has also been assigned by the firm on a part-time secondment at Vodafone Qatar (from September 2008 to January 2009).

She contributed to several publications of the firm, notably with respect to alternative dispute resolution, banking and corporate governance.

Samia graduated from the University of Montreal with a Bachelor of Law in 2004, and obtained her BCL Master in Lebanese Law from the Lebanese University in 2005.

She followed her training to become an ISO internal auditor for Badri and Salim El Meouchi Law Firm, is in charge of the implementation of the quality management system of the firm, and is appointed as the firm’s quality responsible.

She has also completed, in 2009, IFC’s Corporate Governance Consultant Workshop.

Samia is a member of the Lebanese Transparency Association and of AMAM 05.

She is fluent in English, French and Arabic, and is learning Chinese.
