Mr. Hurtado is senior partner in the firm and specializes in international trade (including antidumping and countervailing duties regulations), customs law, antitrust, corporate law, commercial law and foreign investment regulations. He is a member of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados), the American Bar Association, the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico, A.C. and Chairman of its Trade Policy Committee, the Association of International Trade Consultants (Asociación de Consultores en Prácticas Comerciales Internacionales), Vice President of the Policy Committee on Trade and Investment and member of the Board of the Mexican Chapter of the International Chamber of Commerce and Appleseed México, A.C.
