Sueli de Freitas Veríssimo Vieira is the partner responsible for the coordination of the pharmaceutical area and defends her clients’ interests with great experience in Brazilian regulatory, corporate and administrative law. She also advises clients on the Ministry of Health on government procurement, health surveillance (medications/health products and others) as well as on clinical research. The assistance in the establishment of enterprises in Brazil in several segments is also covered by her practice areas, and includes the pharmaceutical segment, from the analysis phase prior to deployment of the startup business. The support includes the relationship of these companies with federal authorities, such as the Ministry of Health and the National Sanitary Surveillance Agency (ANVISA).
She obtained her Law degree at Mackenzie Presbyterian University, followed by a Master Degree in International Commercial Law at the Université René Descartes and also a Specialization in International Private Law at the Université Paris II.
Among other institutions, she is associated to the Brazilian Society of Pharmaceutical Medicine (SBMF).
She has been working with different pharmaceutical companies for several years.
