Marcos Peña Rodríguez heads the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice. He also advises clients in matters related to Civil Aviation, Labor and Employment, International Trade, Administrative Law and Government Contracts. His sector experience includes energy, aviation and aerospace, telecommunications, government and arbitration. Marcos Peña Rodríguez is vice president of the Board of Directors of the Centre for Alternative Disputes Resolutions of the Chamber of Commerce of Santo Domingo, and is currently the president of the Board of Directors of the British Chamber of Commerce. He was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. He pursued his studies at Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (LL.B., cum laude, 1989), and at King’s College, University of London (LL.M., 1994). He has been recognized by Chambers Global, Chambers Latin America, International Finance Law Review and Who’s Who of Aviation Lawyers 2011.
