Dr. Zvi Tamir, a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1959, has more than 50 years of experience in legal counseling and litigation. His philosophy towards the practice of law is based upon personal commitment and availability of himself and his entire staff towards each client of the firm.
Dr. Tamir specializes in international trade, Intellectual Property, international ventures, licensing and distribution agreements, joint ventures, corporate law, foreign companies and trusts.
Dr. Tamir is a certified arbitrator by the Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law, Columbia University, New York. He serves as ICC-Israel’s legal advisor and is a member of the ICC Intellectual Property Committee.
With numerous publications on various topics such as IP, international trade and international public law, to name but a few, he is also a well known and sought out speaker in Israel and abroad.
Dr. Tamir is a member of several organizations, such as the International Bar Association (IBA), since 1981; a member of the advisory board of the Center of International Legal Studies (CILS); a member of STEP; and one of the founders, as well as the exclusive Israeli representative, of “Globalaw” – a worldwide network of law firms which provides its members with a powerful international legal mechanism.
