Areas of Practice: Mr. Ding specialises in Antitrust and Competition Law, WTO dispute settlement, and International Trade.
Mr. Ding has advised clients in the software; food and beverages; telecommunications; finance; household appliances; and chemical and pharmaceutical industries, on antitrust issues involved in M&A transaction, distribution agreement, and business models. He has drafted Anti-monopoly Law guidelines and provided training for multinational companies.
Mr. Ding is co-author of the Chapters, “Monopoly Agreements”, “Abuse of Dominant Market Position” and “Abuse of IP Rights” in a CCH book China Anti-monopoly Law Guide.
Work Experience: Mr. Ding Liang joined King & Wood in 2003. Before joining King & Wood, he worked at the DC office of Dewey Ballantine LLP and at the International Law Institute.
Mr. Ding received his LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center. He was admitted as a Chinese lawyer. Mr. Ding is proficient in Chinese and English.
