Anna Modrak is a senior lawyer in our competition group. She has experience across all areas of competition and trade practices law, with a particular focus on cartel proceedings, merger clearances, ACCC investigations and trade practices compliance programs. Specifically, Anna advises clients on proceedings that have been threatened or commenced by the ACCC in the Federal Court for alleged breaches of the cartel provisions and has experience in the air cargo, marine hose and various immunity matters.
