Carlos Amadeu Bueno Pereira de Barros is bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2000) and Post-graduated in Economic Law by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2004). He worked as a trainee both in the Secretary for Economic Defense of the Ministry of Justice - SDE/MJ (1998) and in the Administrative Council for Economic Defense - CADE (1999), acting in merger control and investigation of anticompetitive conducts. He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association and São Paulo Lawyers Association and also of the Compliance and Corporate Integrity Institute - ICIC. His practices areas are antitrust and economic law, anti-corruption law and compliance and international trade.
