Elías Adam Bitar is a licensed lawyer specialized in advising individuals and corporations in tax matters, local and international, specifically in the design and implementation of legal defense of corporate planning and heritage as well as representation in proceedings against acts of authority, by means of administrative, constitutional and administrative contentious.
He studied at the “Universidad Panamericana” getting the CUM LAUDE degree in law, and later pursued a master's degree in tax law.
Currently he is an active member of Precedent and Legislation Committee of the International Fiscal Association, he is also a member of the Tax Research Commission at the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants.
