Emil Radzihovsky is a senior associate in the Motieka & Audzevicius’ Corporate and M&A Practice Group. He has experience of acting in a wide variety of corporate and capital markets transactions, corporate restructurings and joint ventures with particular focus on work emanating from the EU and CIS countries.

Prior to joining Motieka & Audzevicius in 2008, he spent two years in a Lithuanian subsidiary of the Mediterranean Shipping Company SA à Genève as an International Management Trainee.

Emil obtained law degrees at the University of Oxford (MJur, 2009) and the International University Concordia Audentes, Estonia (BA in Law with summa cum laude honours, 2006), winning several awards for academic and professional accomplishments. Further, he was awarded the Practice Diplomas in International Mergers & Acquisitions and International Joint Ventures by the College of Law of England and Wales.
