Atsuko Uchida is a junior associate. Her practice areas cover corporate restructuring, M&A and general corporate matters.

Atsuko was admitted as a bengoshi in 2007 in Japan. She was educated at Keio University and the Legal Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan. She is a member of the Dai-ni Tokyo Bar Association. She speaks Japanese, English and German.
