Victoria Cromwell is Knowledge Management Lawyer for the restructuring and insolvency team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, having joined the firm in October 2009. Prior to joining the team, Victoria was a Managing Associate in the banking group at Linklaters, specializing in restructuring and insolvency with broad experience in finance, debt restructuring (both borrower and debtor work), distressed investing, distressed M & A and general insolvency work. Transactions of note include TMD Friction, Waterford Wedgwood and Woolworths.
