Deborah Grieve has practised exclusively in corporate restructuring and insolvency matters for over 20 years and is one of the few practitioners certified by the Law Society as a specialist in bankruptcy and insolvency law. Deborah is chair of the Canadian Network of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), and serves on its international board of directors. Deborah is past chair of the insolvency sections of the Canadian Bar Association and of the Ontario Bar Association.
