Sándor Németh is a Partner at Szecskay Attorneys at Law, and specialized mainly in M&A, corporate, biotech and property law. He received his JD, cum laude, from University of Miskolc, Faculty of State and Legal Science in 2001.Also has a BA diploma from the Budapest Business School (1997), and attended the Summer Seminar on International Law and Human Rights at the University of Helsinki in 2000, and various trainings at the KPMG Academy Budapest, in 2003. he is a guest lecturer at Pázmány Péter University (Faculty of Law); contributor to the ‘Doing Business’ journal of the World Bank; co-author of various articles on Life Sciences in Mondaq and co-author of “Issues in Crossborder Mergers and Acquisitions”, published in the Comparative Law Yearbook of International Business. He is fluent in English and German.
