Areas of Practice: Cord Willhöft, a partner at EEP, a life science law firm renowned with numerous national and international awards, advises pharmaceutical and medical technology companies. He has particular expertise in unfair competition law, regulatory issues such as GMP and clinical trials, as well as pricing and reimbursement of medicinal products and medical devices. His scope of activities also includes legal and strategic advice on collaboration with healthcare professionals and patient organisations, as well as promotional activities addressed to the public and physicians. In addition, Cord is setting up internal compliance rules for companies as well as internal structures for contract management. Cord regularly represents companies before national authorities and courts. Also, he is a frequent speaker at pharmaceutical seminars and has published numerous articles in legal journals.
