Laure Le Calvé is the co-founder of the Beslay + le Calvé French law firm, dedicated to the health business area. She holds a French Master degree in International Business Law, a UK LLM in International Business Law and she was the laureate of the Bar School of Paris, in 1995.

She advises principally pharmaceutical companies, medical devices manufacturers, CROs, insurance companies and e-health providers, on all operational aspects of their business : clinical trials, research and development of health products, protection of health data, regulatory rules applying to the placing on the market of health products, reimbursement and pricing, advertising, promoting over the internet, product liability, royalty agreements, distribution agreements, consulting agreements with physicians. She also assists the health industry in building up legal and efficient financial relationship with healthcare professionals. She represents the industry in litigation matters.

Laure Le Calvé regularly gives lectures on health law aspects in congresses and seminars and is the author of several publications.

She is also the legal affairs director of ACIDIM (French association of representatives of medical devices business) and a member of the Galien commission (French committee for the development of the e-health business).
