Rainer Herzig was admitted to the bar in 1989 and is a partner with PRESLMAYR RECHTSANWÄLTE since 1990. His practice areas focus on food and drug law, trade law, trademarks and designs, unfair trade practices as well as the establishment and reorganization of companies. His clients comprise both national and multinational companies particularly active in the life-science and food sector. He regularly publishes in legal journals and recently contributed the article on comparative advertising in Austria’s leading commentary on the Act on Unfair Trade Practices.
