Andrea is a partner at Biolato Longo Ridola & Mori, Rome from 2005. He joined the firm in 1998. He is involved with general civil and commercial practice, trademarks, intellectual property, pharmaceutical, medical device and food law. He is also specialised in litigation and competition law issues. He contributed to a comparative study between 22 jurisdictions as co-author of the Chapter dedicated to Italy, of “International Food Law”, Prospect Media, 2000. He is co-author of the Italian Chapter of the book “A practical guide to National Competition Across Europe” published by Kluwer Law International, 2007 and he contributed to the publication “Pharmaceutical Advertising 2009” published by Global Legal Group Ltd, 2009.
